Matthew Casto is an art director and educator with over two decades of experience in concrete design and themed construction, creating immersive spaces for Disney and Universal. Trained as a mason under his father, he learned discipline, craftsmanship, and the value of mentorship early in life. As a father of ten, Matthew is dedicated to passing on the virtues of manhood and supporting StandingWithBoys in shaping resilient, purposeful young men.

Michael Roldan is a counselor-in-training and co-founder of MODMAN, with expertise in mental health and mentorship. Shaped by his own journey growing up without a father figure, Michael is passionate about equipping boys with the tools to become resilient, purposeful men. At StandingWithBoys, he works to create spaces where the next generation can thrive.

Fenia Benet-Higgins is passionate about sustainability and biophilic design, creating spaces where people and nature thrive together. With experience in sustainable agriculture, hospitality, and international farming, she brings a unique perspective on adaptability and collaboration. At StandingWithBoys, Fenia is dedicated to mentoring others and helping the next generation build authentic, resilient identities.

Patty Liston is the founder of Standing With Boys and now leads Standing With Boys International, advancing its mission to support vulnerable boys in underserved countries. With prior leadership roles at Grow.Learn.Give and Reach the Children, she has dedicated her career to education, empowerment, and global community. Patty’s vision continues to guide StandingWithBoys in creating lasting opportunities for the next generation.

Roger Liston co-founded Standing With Boys and serves as its Communications Director. Following a long career in corporate training, he “semi-retired” to focus on mentoring youth through hands-on skills training. Roger and his wife Patty launched Standing With Boys in Kenya in 2014 and later opened Prosperity Academy in Ghana, an electrical motorcycle repair school that continues to impact young men today.

Shannon Mitchell is a senior executive and leadership coach with over two decades of experience growing businesses and building high-performance teams across industries. She is passionate about empowering people to lead with confidence and integrity, blending direct guidance with kindness to foster growth. A devoted mother, Shannon is committed to helping boys grow into strong, compassionate men who lead with honor.
