As the domestic extension of the global Standing With Boys movement, we create culturally rooted spaces for American boys to grow — through local programs, intergenerational connection, and meaningful community engagement.

Rooted in a Global Mission,

Grounded in Local Action

Standing With Boys began with a global call: to walk with boys as they navigate the path to adulthood with dignity, clarity, and care.

While our international work continues to serve youth in underserved communities around the world, Standing With Boys USA brings this mission home — to the boys in our schools, churches, parks, and living rooms.

We believe the needs of boys here are no less urgent.
We believe they, too, are waiting for someone to show up and stay.

We do this through:

modman

“We don’t define manhood.
We create space for boys to explore what it means to them.”

Our first domestic partner program is MODMAN, is a virtual membership platform that provides resources for learning and personal growth; facilitates face to face mentorship groups which inspire, motivate, and strengthen men; and organizes and executes events that provide men and boys immersive experiences which are rooted in development, challenge and connection.

Developed by educators, counselors, and fathers, MODMAN combines mentorship, rites of passage, group dialogue, and a curriculum rooted in timeless values.

modman is a space where boys can:

  • Be listened to and challenged

  • Reflect on the values that matter

  • Move through rites of passage alongside mentors

  • Eventually return to guide others

MODMAN is an independently run program and one we are proud to feature as part of the Standing With Boys USA network.

Our role isn’t to build something new from scratch — it’s to listen, support, and uplift the work already happening. We help create rhythm, accountability, and rootedness for boys in the everyday spaces they already inhabit.
